Who are you ... really?

I am more than what you see on the surface. Behind the titles of wife, mother, and neighbor, I am a woman who has walked through the fire and found a way to thrive.
I’m here to help you do the same.


I’m Stef, and I’m dedicated to serving those who have felt unheard or underserved in their grief. My own experiences—navigating the loss of three unborn children and the professional upheavals of the last decade—have given me a unique lens on resilience.

Originally from New Jersey and now calling Metro-Atlanta home, I live a life anchored by my husband and two sons. But I carry my "storms" with me as a reminder of why this work matters. I know that life doesn’t always go according to plan.

Whether you are facing the ache of loss or the stress of a major life transition, my goal is to provide the sanctuary and tools you need to do more than just survive. You aren't just "getting through" this; we are walking toward a future where you feel supported, seen, and empowered to honor your story.

I’ve weathered the unexpected, and I’m here to ensure you don’t have to do it alone.

This was us nine years ago, navigating our early days of 'Sustaining the Sacred'. It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come and why I built Blue Rose Haven.
