How am I susposed to move forward?!

There is a dark and quiet group I was thrust into, without warning.  No one asks to be part of this group.  Many cannot even conceive the notion such a group exists.  It does.  We do. 

We are bereaved parents from stillborn infant loss.  

Gutwrenching Shock.  Sadness.  Denial.  Self-Doubt.  Anger. 
Just a few from the multitude of emotions I felt as I listened to my OBGYN explain he could no longer find her heartbeat.

I am ... so ... sorry

Those were the the last words he managed to utter before leaving the room.  Looking back, I recognize our OBGYNs and other caretakers are trained to bring life into the world, not lose them.  

The following minutes, hours, days, and weeks felt like an eternity and a single blur all at the time. 

What's next?

We are here to hold space for you, walk through the unknown, and support you for as long as your journey lasts.  By you, this means you as the parent, your partner, your family, and your friends.  We are all on this journey with you.
